Sausages

Valley Sausage Co. has been long in the making, husband & wife, butcher & dietitian, chef & sous chef, Tamara & Will have a unique background and complimentary skill sets that led them to start Valley Sausage Co!

Will worked as a butcher for 5 years in Toronto, learning from the best in the business at Sanagan’s Meat Locker. Tamara worked as a private chef and dietitian over the last 3 years and in recipe development for the last 6 years. They've always loved experimenting in the kitchen and with Will being a butcher, a meat/ butchery based business became the dream!

They focus on sausage, but not just any sausage - they love to innovate and come up with new and exciting recipes that keep you coming back for more. 

We can't wait for you to try our products and we hope you love them as much as we do!
